As long as he can remember, Brady has been involved in his father's construction company, Shaul Construction. He gained the practical knowledge and experience one only gets from hands on work and problem solving. From new construction, to remodel jobs he learned what it took to build a strong durable home. This lead to his career pursuit in construction and working for several large commercial companies. It was then that he realized his true passion was in residential construction and working directly with homeowners.
